Our sourcing services involve identifying suitable equipment or vessels based on client specifications. While we exercise due diligence in supplier verification and evaluation, we do not manufacture the equipment and therefore do not guarantee seller representations beyond our inspection and verification efforts.

Sourcing timelines are estimates and may vary due to market availability, logistics, or third-party dependencies.

We shall not be liable for:

  • Hidden defects not reasonably discoverable

Inspection reports are advisory and intended to support informed decision-making.

8. Buyer Representation and Negotiation

When acting as a buyer’s representative, we negotiate in good faith based on market data and client instructions. Final purchasing decisions rest solely with the client.

We do not guarantee that negotiations will result in specific pricing, terms, or outcomes, as seller acceptance remains outside our control.

All fees, commissions, and service charges shall be disclosed in writing before engagement. Payments must be made according to agreed timelines.

Late payments may result in:

  • Service suspension
